Jasmine Sellars is an award-winning, dedicated, multimedia journalist with a passion for storytelling through print and broadcast.
She is a currently a Production Assistant at FOX Weather and a feature writer at Newsday Media Group.
Jasmine is a Hofstra University alumni, where she earned her Master's of Arts and Bachelor's of Arts in Journalism.
In her time at Hofstra, she held 4 internships at Newsday, Blank Slate Media and The Oceanside & Island Park Herald Community Newspaper. She worked in print, TV and social media, covering local stories across Long Island and NYC.
While in school, Jasmine began working at Newsday as a feature writer, where she covers wedding stories for the 'I Do' column, and later landed a job at FOX Weather .
